This was the last tattoo I did at the 2015 Hampton Roads Tattoo Festival, it's an illustrative portrait of President Harry S. Truman. When I resume booking this year tattoos like this one will be at the top of the list. I've wanted to do illustrated portraits for a long time and it seems like I'm gradually getting more and more opportunities to do them. This was so much fun and a great way to end the convention.
